This Class is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

This class blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration.
Yogilates
This class blends perfectly the Yoga exercises and the benefits of Pilates, and thus create a workout that releases stress and helps to develop coordination and balance and allows you to relax at the same time.
Barre
This class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of thigh, seat and core exercises at the barre.
Body Sculpt
Body Sculpt (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. This class uses weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.
