Experience a full 60 minutes of intentional movement and breath. BFF’s customized Flow Yoga is for all levels. Flow yoga is the general term given to any style of yoga asana in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experiencing the present moment.

BFF’S uniquely designed Flow to Yin Yoga Class will keep you focused for a full 60-minute class. You will begin with a dynamic Flow moving through postures mindfully while engaging the muscles and building heat. The second half of class slows down into blissful Yin poses which are held longer for maximum benefits. This combination of movement and stillness leaves you feeling truly balanced. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga is a flow class of yoga asana. Vinyasa is “Moving into Stillness” which is a Yin and Yang of opposites of movement and stillness. Free yourself from the constraints of tightness, contraction, and pain. Experience an increase in your internal energy flow and flush new life through your system. Open and nourish yourself at very deep levels while improving your balance, strength, and flexibility.

This is a full-body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. It is an intense workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling great! It’s a combination of strength training, core work & cardio. Every workout has a different format to keep your body guessing. The classes are designed for advanced levels of fitness or beginner. This class demonstrates how to modify each exercise to fit each person. We use weights, steps, stability balls, etc.

This Mat Pilates is a 30-minute class on a mat.
Pilates is a unique system of strengthening and stretching exercises that strengthen and tone muscles. Pilates is designed to work directly with the deepest muscles in the body, creating a strong core. Pilates’ Powerhouse – the Center of the Body – is structured around the stomach, hips, lower back, buttocks. The practice also strengthens the upper body. This class focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injury.

BARRE classes at BFF are specifically designed and choreographed to help lean, tone, sculpt, and strengthen your ENTIRE body. This high energy class (it's all in the music!) is meant to push you a little more than you’d expect in a typical Barre class but it’s great for ALL LEVELS. BFF Barre is perfect for those looking for a fun way to rid stress and get in the best shape ever. We alternate primary focus on different muscle groups each week to ensure a FULL BODY workout. Booty, Abs, Core, Arms, etc…we work it all.

This class is a high-intensity interval training workout that features several rounds of targeted exercises to burn fat and increase your cardio workout that will awaken all your muscles. If you like Squats, this class is for you. If you like to work your body a bit harder, this is for you. Weights are used for most workouts and you will do timed exercises to music with timed breaks in between.
